This policy explains what personal data Ashwagandha Powder (“we”, “us”) collects through ashwagandhapowder.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. If you have questions, email hello@ashwagandhapowder.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, country, enquiry type, quantity and message.
- Emails: anything you include when you email us directly.
- Technical data: our hosting provider’s servers automatically log IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process orders and keep records of our correspondence. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and email, such as our web host (Hostinger), and only as much as they need to provide that service. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and to protect forms from spam. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for an order, accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@ashwagandhapowder.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
